Refunds

Every book is made to order, so here's exactly how refunds work.

• Changed your mind? Cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, our author starts writing and your book goes into production.
• After printing: because each book is personalized, we can't take returns for a change of mind.
• Our mistake or a damaged book: if your book arrives misprinted, with an error we made, damaged, or never arrives, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint it free or refund you in full, your choice.
• If we're running late: if your book won't ship by the date we promised, we'll email you before that date and you can cancel for a full refund.
